32-40" 8lb flurocarbon line with Gamagatsu 4 or 6 sized hooks and floating bead is my (wade watson) walleye go to.  IF you are on a guide trip, this is what I use.  Placed on a paint role for easy storage, this comes with 5 live bait rigs.
